Waverly (Pool) - Daniel Island SC
The homeowners approached CMG to transform the outdoor living space into a place that they could comfortably entertain guests. We came up with a concept based on their needs and added a roof system over the grill area. We pulled up the pressure treated decking and installed waterproofing and composite decking above the waterproof deck. We removed several block piers and added additional piers to open the area up. Some of the features we added:
*outdoor bathroom
*bar area equiped with a sink, dishwasher, storage and counter space
*new screened porch area with EZ Screen System
*new cable railing
*double sided fireplace
*reconfigured the stairs
*CMG Custom Pools built the pool and hot tub as well as the decking that was wet laid on concrete
