This project was completed in February of 2024. We added an addition onto the top of the existing two car garage. We renovated the entire inside of the house and the added features included:

*Humidor built seamlessly into the staircase

*Marble Fireplace Surroud

*Custom Cabinetry throughout the home

*Electric outdoor heaters on back deck

*New Marvin Front Door and 16' Slider (Removed existing french doors and reframed the opening)

*gutted bathrooms to the studs and added new tile, vanities, frameless glass and fixtures

*New kitchen cabinetry and appliances

*Lacquer finished the existing wall and base cabinets in the kitchen

*Custom Homework Room with Glass Entry Doors

*Custom Mudroom Cabinetry

*New Countertops throughout
